The Conference Fee includes:

- Entrance to all plenary and parallel sessions

- Documentation with conference proceedings on CD-Rom/Memory Key

Student and IEEE Fees

To avail of Student fees it is necessary to send an email with your student card (undergraduate, Masters, PhD Candidate) to before completing online registration. The appropriate fee will then be set against your profile so you can complete registration.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees

There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers. Please contact to request any changes in presenters or delegates.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online for the conference venue (Grand Hotel Malahide). There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation as early as possible. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.
